Abstract


Internal control is one of the core issues of enterprise management, as the promulgation and implementation of "basic norms of internal controls", electric power supply enterprises to strengthen their own management needs, this article discusses the power supply enterprise’s internal control evaluation. Based on the COSO report, with reference to research results of foreign and domestic financial management system of internal control in theory, a concrete case of power supply enterprises, based on the power supply is designed for evaluating internal Control Status indicator system, with emphasis on the business in accordance with the power supply enterprise to build elements of the corresponding control activities of indicators, and then the use of AHP and fuzzy mathematics method to build the power supply comprehensive evaluation model of internal control, and in which a given business process Evaluation of scoring. This study of China’s power supply for the internal control evaluation system for the improvement of certain referential significance.
