Abstract


Based on the project quality management theory , combined with the author of the actual work of the project management experience , analysis and evaluation million tons refinery project quality management status of Jilin Petrochemical Company , the goals of the quality management is expected to engage in good project team building and ready to work , with emphasis on quality control of the construction phase of the project , the idea of the quality objectives and schedule objectives . Through the analysis and demonstration , I believe that to improve million tons refinery project quality control standards , must pay attention to the human factor, to improve the level of quality management of the project team ; must pay attention to the process quality control to ensure the quality of the project , relying on process quality ; insist on quality first the principle of it is correctly handle the relationship between quality and progress . To ensure the effective operation of the project quality assurance system .
