Abstract


Jilin Province is the country one of the old industrial base , after years of construction and development, formed a relatively complete industrial economy. But after the reform , with the growing shortage of energy resources , Jilin Province, the existing industrial structure system increasingly unable to meet the needs of economic development , so that industrial production has stagnated phenomenon in the country's position in the industrial economy is gradually decreased . However, the industrial economy in Jilin Province dominance has not changed , is still a decisive force for economic growth in Jilin Province . Knowledge economy and circular economy development, economic globalization and industrial division caused by the transfer of manufacturing , new road to industrialization choices so as to adjust the industrial structure of Jilin Province has brought new opportunities . Today, walking in Jilin Province in automobile and machinery industries , agro- processing industry as a pillar industry , coupled with the rapid rise of optoelectronics and information industry and other industries , constitute a huge processing and manufacturing systems in Jilin Province . This general idea is : learning the industrial structure as well as the theory of independent innovation , independent innovation as the fulcrum of the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure model as the basis , with the help of independent innovation of this model reveals the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure , driven mechanism and paths. Then in the full analysis of industrial structure and innovation Jilin present situation and problems , combined with the development of the new era background requirements, seize the main contradiction , positioning Jilin competitive industries and pillar industries proposed based on the theory of three independent innovation to promote the path : wheel -rail push path , the path and UFO -style push -in push path ponderomotive force for optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of Jilin Province to provide a new idea .
