Abstract


This paper takes 30 acres of cherry ambrosia cold greenhouse cherry mandatory investment in Shandong qingzhou as an example, and sets forth systematically the project’s technical, economic evaluation methods and procedures. Starting from the investment opportunities, based on the market research,takeing economic evaluation to the core and Project Risk Control as a means, this article demonstrates from all angles the feasibility and rationality of the investment.This article analyzes also from the external environment factors and internal environment elements and emphasizes the characteristics of the project investment and studies detailed the project in technical, managerial, financial Problems and also summarizes innovative specific methods of the project of investment, operation and risk control, which provide more comprehensive reference for potential investment managers.
