Abstract


With the deepening of China’s reform, it is a general trend that more modern management model must be up to the international standards. Currently, with a large number professional personnel and much advanced and mature management experience, the project management corporation in construction project and large projects construction is making process, but this mature project management experience is only used in large projects construction with obvious benefits.Gold mining project’s current management in our country is just limited to a simple package management, which is only concerned about the construction quality and construction safety management in process of the daily management, therefore, the introduction of advanced project management experience is especially important to make metal Mining enterprises fully enhance the management level in the building time, construction quality, construction safety, operating costs and human resources, thus laying a solid foundation for the long-term efficiency and stable development of the enterprise.In this article, international project management model were summarized, and compared the traditional management model and the PMC and other models, summarized the characteristics and advantages of all kinds of models. With the case that successful application of PMC model to A gold mining project, by making a comparative analysis and research, to summarize, there are four advantages of successful application of PMC model to A gold mining project. Analysing the problems in practical applications, causes and solutions, and getting the experience enlightenment of the gold projects.This discourse can make gold mining management personnel and employees aware of the importance and necessity of research on project management model, which can improve the overall management level of more industry and enterprises by adopting advanced project management model.
