Abstract


The company as units of military enterprises, ZHSD its production has the characteristics of the variety of small quantities, and the products associated with a small, versatile, facing quite complex production activities. Based ZHSD own industry characteristics, the product structure is complex and diverse, hand-making process of the plan is too much trouble, and the plans are more extensive, especially to cope with the market additional demand frequent and varied research batch production of a high degree of cross-production, the plan is difficult to reflect demand in a timely manner changes that lead to the production workshop can not be strictly in accordance with the plan, likely to cause fluctuations in the production of. With the increasingly fierce market competition, China's military enterprises facing huge challenges, inter-industry competition has become increasingly fierce, the ZHSD company has extensive management of state-owned enterprises ubiquitous, simple, completely empirically, this management model has been difficult to adapt to the current economic situation and market environment. Thus the ZHSD facing shaping, forming, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises subject. Military enterprises ERP production planning management, lack of full implementation of the ERP system success stories is more scarce, therefore, to study ZHSD industry representatives ERP production planning management system, has an important significance for the development of defense enterprises. In this context, this paper by means of ERP production planning management theory, combined with the specific circumstances of the ZHSD company, the use of various types of modeling tools for business process reengineering; improved the BOM framework of the single-layer manner and BOM traversal algorithm to solve the company the special structure of the product; improved master production scheduling algorithm satisfies the company small group of single production business model, design a balanced model of the single-process production mode \management level, realize the rational allocation of resources and time production-depth study of the company's ERP environment advanced production planning and production management mode, and achieved certain results.
