Abstract


Objective To investigate the beta receptor blocker esmolol hypertension and coronary heart disease in patients with central aortic pulse pressure, mean arterial pressure . Complete coronary angiography in patients with hypertension , 40 cases divided into CHD group and non-CAD group are 1mg/kg intravenous bolus esmolol 30 seconds , the end of the bolus , followed by O.1mg / kg / min for 5 minutes static point , administered before and 5 minutes after administration , respectively , with a pressure sensor measuring ascending aortic pressure as the central arterial blood pressure , to record heart rate and pressure curve , and calculating the pulse pressure and mean arterial pressure . Esmolol CHD group Centre arterial mean arterial blood pressure decreased to 567 ± 2.38 mmHg , the central artery of the non-CAD group mean arterial pressure decreased to 4.48 ± 1.92 mm Hg ( P lt ; O.05 ) . The two groups was no significant changes in pulse pressure , and no statistical significance ( P gt ; 0.05 ) . Conclusion Esmolol hypertension and mean arterial blood pressure of the central artery in patients with coronary heart disease and many other blood pressure indicators can be dropped , but the decline in hypertensive patients without coronary heart disease than non- significant difference ; the esmolol two groups of pulse pressure The poor had no significant effect .
