Abstract


Escherichia coli (E.coli) belongs to the normal intestinal flora , but also the common clinical types of infections caused by bacteria , because it has many virulence factors , including endotoxin, capsule, adhesins and external toxins , etc., in frail invade the body 's defenses are weakened or parenteral organizer most opportunistic pathogens and cause intestinal infections. Because of the extensive use of broad-spectrum antibiotic resistance caused by E. coli growing problem , especially p- lactamases (ESBLs) strains caused great difficulties to the clinical treatment , usually parenteral antibiotics for infections caused by bacteria already reach therapeutic effect. ESBLs refers to third generation cephalosporins extensively before hydrolysis while it lost efficacy. Extended-spectrum p- lactamases (ESBLs) are bacterial p -lactam antibiotics main mechanism of drug resistance . Therefore ESBLs producing E. coli p- lactamase extraction and purification , and research related to the nature of its activity , and this understanding of the mechanisms of bacterial resistance , the selection of appropriate antibiotic treatment and to explore ways to develop new drugs , etc. are significance.
