Abstract


August 2000 Fushun City , Liaoning Province, People's Procuratorate launched a principal prosecutors handling the case , \In accordance with the spirit of the rules , when the investigating authorities will include the suspect confession of guilt , including evidence was submitted to the Procuratorate arrest or prosecution, prosecutors should be considered the confession of guilt is zero, then the other evidence in the case analysis to determine whether the suspect indeed facts of the crime , should be arrested or prosecuted. In order to dilute the confessions of evidence in criminal proceedings status change our minds investigating authorities and investigators residual \confessions \But it completely negates the value of confession evidence , but also to the judicial practice has caused some difficulties, not only means lower detection efficiency , but also may indulge the bad guys . \I believe that the testimony sought dilute the sense response to investigation and evidence collection model for reform .
