Abstract


The founding of our country chose the planned economy as China's basic economic system , this economic system has very strict planning, all aspects of society requires strict planning and control, China 's household registration system characteristic pattern also emerged . Binary household registration system established in Jilin Province , which has a very strong household registration system controllability , it is the rural and urban isolate and prevent the free movement of the population , according to the plan set by the state population movements , and distinguish between urban residents and rural residents different distribution patterns determined . After reform and opening , the market economy system was established in China , the free market economy requires the migration of the population that is determined by the market mechanism population movements , so the household registration system has become obstacles to the development of a market economy , meanwhile, along with economic development , people's equality growing demand , while the household registration system has resulted in inequality between people , completely outdated. In the 21st century , China's many provinces began a reform of the household registration system , a pioneering significance of these reforms , but also provide valuable experience in Jilin Province and lessons .
