Abstract


Higher university research team as the main force for technological innovation, and its strong and weak innovation capability, high and low level of innovation, universities directly determines a national science and technology innovation in the position, thereby affecting the national science and technology innovation capacity levels. However, China's university research team innovation capability defects in the field of Chinese universities has become prominent issues, if not change, will likely lead to colleges and universities, and even the country's overall competitiveness of research and innovation behind the crisis. Therefore, this in-depth discussion and analysis of the essential characteristics of team innovation ability, innovation ability university research team factors, China's innovation capability university research team in the main problems and their causes, to identify problems, propose solutions strategy, to promote the university research team innovation capacity for sustainable development is very necessary and urgent. This paper is divided into six chapters: The first chapter, this study illustrates the theoretical and practical significance of the research status review is made on this research ideas and methods; second chapter analyzes the university research team and its ability to innovate, the connotation of innovation management team to explain the theory of the team, team dynamics theory and innovation management theory and other related theories; Chapter Through case studies, summarized the five famous universities at home and abroad research team's successful experience; fourth chapter for the previous chapters in-depth analysis of the essential characteristics of team innovation capability and impact of university research team to enhance the innovation capacity of the main factors; fifth chapter of the current team of university research innovation capability in the main problems and their causes in-depth discussions; Section chapters for our university research team to enhance the innovation capacity of the main problems raised targeted management strategies to promote the university research team innovation capability; finally concluded on this article a brief overview of the research results presented papers Innovation points and deficiencies. This study consists of two points: First, through case studies, in-depth analysis of the essential characteristics of team innovation capability, including population creativity constitute the core elements of team innovation capability, interactive mechanism based on knowledge sharing is the key to innovation team, team passion for the team members to explore an important source of innovation; Meanwhile, summarized affect university research team to enhance the innovation capacity of the major factors, including the nature and task of the team, the team's organizational structure, team knowledge sharing, team leadership, team culture and atmosphere, the team's confidence, and as a university research team proposed innovation capability strategy. The second is based on our ability to innovate to enhance university research team in the main problems and their causes depth study proposed to enhance the ability of university research team innovation strategy, mainly related to the five points: a way to optimize the team leader, should pay attention to two on the creative team organization and management, three of the team to create a culture of innovation, four to build a team knowledge sharing platform, five to improve team performance evaluation system.
