Abstract


American engineer training model and the German engineer training model can be said to be the world's two typical engineer training mode to show the world the cultivation of high-quality engineers play an important role in the industrial, scientific and technological strength and the enhancement of overall national strength. The engineer training model of the virtues of the two countries in the course of history through continuous development and reform, and gradually formed its own characteristics, which has trained a large number of excellent engineers for the world, has written an important chapter in the history of mankind. With the integration of the world economy and the advance of globalization, the world is gradually recognize engineers where the importance for the future of mankind and through continuous reform and improvement of the engineer training mode, to adapt to the requirements of the development of the times and technology. Compared with the United States and Germany, the training of our engineers in terms of the \Therefore, this article is to explore this situation and try and learn from the American and German engineers training mode, further reform and improvement of the significance of the Chinese engineers training mode is particularly significant, The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part, pointed out that the research background and significance of the paper, the analysis of progress, and points out the research ideas and research methods, related concepts defined; since the second part highlights and discusses modern American and German engineers culture the mode change course; third part, from the training philosophy, training system, training objectives, training content and training methods, U.S. and German engineers training mode of comparative analysis of the system; fourth part, for our engineers summary of the history and status quo of the training mode basis, drawing on the experience of the U.S. and German engineers training mode, comments and suggestions on the reform and improvement of the Chinese engineers training mode; fifth part of the contents of this article are summarized. By The compare two typical engineer training mode, and learn from his Stone Mountain, comments and suggestions for the reform and improvement of our engineers training mode in order to provide for the development of engineering education in China path selection, which cultivate to socialist construction required for high-quality engineers, to promote the harmonious development of the socialist cause in China.
