Abstract


Since China is a rural population accounts for most of the large agricultural country, rural development is the realization of real development, farmers live and work is the outcome of the reform and opening up truly benefit the people. Dual economic structure of China's long-term lead to a serious imbalance between urban and rural development, widening the gap between the development of social security, compared to the increasingly sophisticated urban pension insurance system, the slow development of the rural old-age insurance system.
