Abstract


This paper focuses on the medical insurance system reform in China and the United States . China 's medical reform after the continuous progress of the past few years , has made ??significant achievements , new medical reform program has become an important topic of social citizen widespread concern and explore . U.S. medical reform history dating back to the 1930s , former President Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1935 promulgated the \Ma 's new medical reform program of the American Democrats finally realized efforts years of comprehensive health reform goals , the United States eventually achieving universal coverage . Summarize the successful experience of the health insurance reform , health care reform of progressive, has played a positive reference . Issues related to Sino-US medical insurance system and the reform content as the object of study , a detailed analysis is carried out through the main content of the medical insurance system and the reform of the two countries , characteristics , reasons , and exist for the current health care reform in the two countries conducted a thorough investigation and study and make recommendations , some reference to the reform of China 's medical insurance system . Chapter Introduction section mainly introduces the research background , purpose and meaning , a brief introduction to the main contents of the article , proposed research methods and innovative point of this article . The second chapter introduces the theory of knowledge , in order to better understand the role of the medical insurance system was established . The third chapter , Chapter IV details the medical insurance system in China and the United States started the development and reform process , the U.S. health care system and the new medical reform program introduced and interpretation , and discusses the development and reform process of China 's medical insurance system , as well as the problems facing the current reform , and to lay the foundation for the comparative study of Sino - US healthcare reform . The fifth chapter focuses on China and the United States , health insurance model, the objectives of the reform , reform ideas and results of the full range of comparative studies , to identify similarities and differences , and to find out the useful experience of enlightenment on China 's medical reform . Chapter 6 Conclusions based in part on the revelation of the Sino-US comparative studies , targeted countermeasures and suggestions .
