Abstract


Agreement on Government Procurement \Its theoretical research has a strong practical value . Article first proceed from the general theory to explore the \Government Procurement Agreement after several evolution , each keynote has a different focus on different stages of the relief system and cause different : the 1979 Agreement on Government Procurement \relief system in order to respond to the world trading system , and the goal of the 2006 Government Procurement Agreement relief system is to promote transparency in government procurement . \one , have to have the protection of the WTO rules . Finally, as a standard to the Agreement on Government Procurement relief system , put forward specific ideas to improve our supplier relief system .
