Abstract


China has acquired stupendous economic and social accomplishment since its reform and opening up. In a background of economy booming and further accelerated urbanization, more and more people are migrating to urban areas, which causes housing problems to middle-low-income families. In order to relieve the increasing housing problems, The government has to take the responsibility to improve the legislation of housing security system and the middle-low citizens housing security system, which guaranteed to meet the housing needs of middle-low-income citizens so as to maintain social stability.This essay is written for the purpose of better meeting the housing needs of middle-low-income citizens. It also introduces the establishing and developing process of the housing security system in China. On the basis of foreign successful experience and combined with the present problems occurred in the housing security system, the essay puts forward some concrete measures for the housing problems. This essay is divided into six chapters. Chapter one mainly introduces the purpose and meaning of this essay, as well as the background, research methods and the current situation of the housing security system at home and abroad. Chapter two introduces the related theory basis and notions of the housing security system, then it analyzes the main contents, specific form, main features and principles. Chapter three introduces the establishment and development of the housing security system in china and analyzes its current situation and problems. Chapter four analyzes the housing security system in Kunming. Chapter five puts forward some concrete measures for the middle-low-income citizens housing problems. Chapter six makes a summary of this essay.
