Persistent organic pollutants (POPs) are a class of biodegradable in the environment in vivo difficult metabolism, has a highly lipophilic, can be enriched through the food chain, long-distance transmission of pollutants through evaporation - condensation process, this class pollutant toxicity, even trace levels can also be a significant adverse impact on the ecological environment and human health. This article silica gel purification and gel permeation chromatography environmental sample purification, separation, and GC-MS analysis of the typical trace the historical and emerging environmental samples was measured persistent organic pollutants (polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs ), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), organochlorine pesticides (OCPs), etc.), and use Preplink online fully automatic pre-processing instrument OCPs in Environmental Samples the SPE-GPC-VAP automatic sample purification, pre-treatment methods for the separation and online concentrated satisfactory results. Target substance detection limit of PAHs in 0.02-0.20 ng / g; of OCPs in 0.02-1.97 ng / g; of PCBs 1.01-10.0 pg / g; of PBDEs 0.21-1.53 ??pg / g. The study into the sea on the west coast of the Bohai Bay mainly rivers, estuaries, typical intertidal zone and coastal waters Pollution of PAHs, OCPs, PCBs and PBDEs four types of persistent organic pollutants in a variety of environmental media, distribution characteristics, sources of pollution, the analysis of the preliminary study on the behavior of these four types of pollutants in the environment of the west coast of the Bohai Bay. The study results show that: the four typical persistent organic pollutants (POPs) in the West Coast of the distribution trends for the rivers into the sea gt; estuarine the gt; intertidal zone gt; coastal waters, suggesting that contamination of organic pollutants by terrestrial sources of pollution impact. Total concentration of PAHs in surface sediments from rivers into the sea estuaries of the west coast of the Bohai Bay range 293.74-17 035.95 ng / g, the majority of PAHs to the low number of rings (≤ 3 rings) dominated; of OCPs in the total concentration range of 32.21-10 500.85 ng / g, its composition in different basins of the same; range of concentrations of PCBs in between 216.53-128 646.20 pg / g, most river sediments for 10 chlorinated PCBs congeners, followed by 6-chloro-and 5 Chlorinated of PCBs; of PBDEs between 0-870.46 pg / g, most rivers BDE28 and 47 pollution levels higher in Yongding New River the Dagu River Beitang mouth BDE209 is relatively high. PCBs and PBDEs concentration of zooplankton than phytoplankton approximately one order of magnitude. OCPs, PCBs, PBDEs three types of pollutants are higher than the corresponding sediment content in vivo. Four typical intertidal zone in surface sediments, pollution levels of PAHs in turn Qikou gt; donkey foal River gt; Binhai New Area gt; bathing beach; OCPs for QIKOU gt; Binhai New Area gt; bathing beach gt; donkey's colt River; PCBs for the Binhai New Area gt; gt QIKOU; bathing gt; donkey's colt River; PBDEs Binhai New Area gt; bathing gt; Qikou gt; donkey foal River. Preliminary analysis indicates that the main pollutant PAHs with three rings PAHs in surface sediments in the intertidal zone, in addition to the Binhai New Area OCPs HCHs as major pollutants mainly to 4-6 chlorinated PCBs in sediments, BDE209 and BDE47 PBDEs accounted for in most sediments. In most organisms, the four types of organic contaminants significantly higher than the surface sediments and interstitial water, indicating the presence of bioconcentration effect. Typical of persistent organic pollutants in the surface sediments of the coastal waters of the west coast of Bohai Bay, the preliminary research and analysis. The pollution level of the four categories of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) in turn were 147.34-710.21 ng / g ,19.13-242 .62 ng / g ,490.8-15 901.0 pg / g and 0-126.21 pg / g. Generally higher in northern lower, middle, south and elevated to the total distribution of PAHs and PBDEs trend of OCPs and PCBs the law is less clear. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) dominates the low number of rings (≤ 3 ring) of PAHs; OCPs HCHs as major pollutants; mainly to 3,4 chlorinated PCBs in the vast majority of stations of PBDEs BDE28, BDE209 and BDE47 The major pollutants. Typical of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) on the west coast of Bohai Bay, the source apportionment: PAHs from oil and coal, charcoal and other fuel combustion combined pollution, HCHs major historic industrial HCH and lindane mixed pollution in most regions DDT degradation slow or there may be a new DDT input sources. PCBs historic pollutants, its sediments of high pollution levels in vivo than PCBs has strong bioconcentration and difficult to degrade. PBDEs pollution by atmospheric transport role. The risk assessment of persistent organic pollutants in sediments typical of coastal waters: PAHs, DDD, DDE and PCBs in the sediment have not adversely affected the biological DDTs may have a negative effect on biological, should be attention.
