Abstract


Persistent organic pollutants because of their toxicity, bioaccumulation and semi-volatile, persistent in the environment exist, and the characteristics of human health and the environment causing serious harm, being more and more attention. In this paper, liquid - liquid extraction and GC-MS instrument, focusing on persistent organic pollutants polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs Polychlorinated Biphenyls), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs, Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons), organochlorine pesticides ( OCPs, Organochlorine Pesticides) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs, polybrominated diphenyl ethers) in the retrospective section of the water of the Songhua River in Heilongjiang and Harbin in water pollution situation and the composition and distribution in the river and its possible sources of pollution. The work is the first systematic study on the Songhua River in Heilongjiang section of the water and the the Harbin water bodies POPs. First target substance in the water pre-treatment and detection methods are optimized, the eventual adoption of the liquid - liquid extraction, silica gel column purification and GC-MS detection method to obtain satisfactory results, the method of the target substance detection limits were for: PCBs 0.11 ~ 0.48ng / L; PAHs 0.43 ~ 1.61ng / L; OCPs 0.03 ~ 0.37ng / L. The method can satisfy the detection and analysis of trace substances in the water. Of PCBs in water content and composition analysis, the Songhua River, Heilongjiang segment of PCBs in water concentration range from 0.26 to 3.96ng / L, Harbin PCBs the total concentration range of 0.8 to 178ng / L in water dichloro the biphenyls, trichlorobiphenyl and tetrachlorobiphenyl based. Preliminary analysis of the pollution of the Harbin water bodies PCBs from transformer oil. Analysis of PAHs in water content and composition, Heilongjiang section of the Songhua River water column total PAHs concentration range of 118 to 238ng / L, Harbin City, the concentration of PAHs in water of of 164 to 5500ng / L. Water bodies PAHs dominated by a low number of rings (≤ 3 ring). Preliminary analysis of PAHs in water pollutants mainly come from high-temperature combustion of fossil fuels and emissions from vehicles. Of BHC article only OCPs analysis of Songhua River in Heilongjiang segment BHC total concentration range of of 215 to 11.2ng / L Harbin in water 666 total concentrations ranging from 4.7 to 50 ng / L of BHC in water for beta-HCH. Preliminary analysis of the studied water bodies BHC from the historical residue. Harbin PBDEs in water preliminary research and analysis, PBDEs and the total concentrations ranged from 0.04 to 5.0ng / L, the Harbin water bodies polybrominated diphenyl ethers are mainly three polybrominated diphenyl ethers, four polybrominated diphenyl ether and pentabromodiphenyl associated phenyl ether. Preliminary analysis of Harbin in water polybrominated diphenyl ethers comes mainly from five polybrominated diphenyl ether industrial supplies and a small amount of eight polybrominated diphenyl ethers industrial supplies, and less pollution of water bodies DecaBDE industrial supplies.
