Abstract


Based on International Political Economy Perspective of RMB exchange rate policy , designed to answer what kind of RMB exchange rate policy in line with China's national interests . The core idea of the paper is : the international level , the international monetary system of the U.S. dollar hegemony is the only platform for RMB RMB exchange rate policy-making external constraints , which determines that China can only choose the game equilibrium exchange rates ; domestic level , the RMB exchange rate policy as a policy tool to serve the strategic adjustment of China's economic development and economic development mode transformation should be conducive to the sustainable development of China's economy and the improvement of national welfare is an urgent need to eradicate passive ultra -currency exchange rate formation mechanism . The entire paper is divided into four chapters : The first chapter discusses the evolution of the RMB exchange rate system in China 's opening-up process , and the pressure of RMB appreciation is formed during this period ; second chapter discusses global economic imbalances \leads to the theoretical framework of International Political Economy , and analyze the nature of the RMB Exchange Rate Policies in the perspective . The core concept of the \; analysis of the RMB exchange rate policy domestic demand in China , including the strategic adjustment of economic development , the transformation of the mode of economic development , the relationship between the RMB exchange rate policy , and the cost of the current RMB exchange rate policy . The fourth chapter is the concluding part of the paper .
