Abstract

The flue-cured tobacco in the three- baking process supporting technical conditions under baking , flue-cured tobacco under different yellowing degree of amylase , protease activity associated with the variation of the chemical composition . The results showed that in under different yellowing processing , amylase , protease activity showed a rise to decreased ~ elevated \middle leaves Kazunari yellow amylase activity and central Yejiu Cheng Huang protease activity overall highest . With the extension of the baking time , the decline in tobacco starch , protein content , reducing sugar, total sugar content increased , which 80 % of the lower leaves yellow , 90 % of the middle leaves yellow , the the Kazunari yellow performance of the upper leaves most obvious . Starch and reducing sugar content showed a significant negative correlation . Tobacco curing , lower leaves in July to 80 % yellow to fire given color conditions were suitable chemical composition , the proportion of each component coordination ; middle leaves 80-90% yellow to fire given color conditions were suitable chemical composition each component in proportion ; the upper leaves Kazunari yellow to fire given color conditions suitable chemical ingredients of each component in proportion .
