Abstract


In recent years , with the rapid development of free trade , rules of origin in the area of ??international trade are more and more people are concerned . Rules of origin issue is not just a more complex technical issues , but also can be used as a special kind of trade protection measures , play a special, hidden trade protection. Some Western economists original rules of origin called barriers to trade, and as a non-tariff barriers . A general decline in the current tariffs , tariff barriers diminishing the role of the case , the international non-tariff barriers prevalent as technical barriers to trade quotas and other non-tariff barriers , like rules of origin have become States to protect the interests of domestic producers to increase their products share in the international market , the development of foreign trade as a tool and means. Meanwhile, the rules of origin to avoid importing countries has also become trade management measures and anti-circumvention \So the FTA rules of origin research has far-reaching significance. It is based on the current situation , this paper chose FTA rules of origin as the applicability of research . This combined with the current construction of a free trade area , analyzes FTA origin policies on the role of China's export trade , using the latest data analysis and comparison of the respective Free Trade Agreement Rules of Origin , simultaneous contrast of rules of origin with the North American Free Trade rules of origin , identified our FTA rules of origin and the gap between the developed countries and issues , the last paper on China in the development and implementation of the FTA rules of origin made ??on the issue of the lack of rationalization proposals.
