Abstract

Objective: generalized dermatitis including any cosmetics cosmetics for all skin caused by changes in the narrow sense refers only cosmetic cosmetic dermatitis allergic contact dermatitis and irritant dermatitis cosmetics. We usually refer to cosmetic allergy refers to cosmetic allergic contact dermatitis. The most common cosmetic dermatitis caused by allergen cosmetics fragrances and preservatives. Eating spicy substances can make the body of local reactions hyperthyroidism. This research project aims to be spicy food of animal models continue to stimulate state, the three most commonly used spices that cinnamic aldehyde, isoeugenol, geraniol allergy skin changes related diseases so as to provide experimental evidence for prevention, diagnosis and treatment . Method: 10% pepper decoction and 50 degrees alcohol mixture as spicy food to mice, were used dose of 10ml / (kg.d) pepper decoction mixed with an equal measure of alcohol, the control group received saline, 1 day times, 7d after the mice were observed for signs of the situation and scored. After spicy model, were given three kinds of spices in the mouse abdominal injection of liquid, the process of induction of allergy. 7th day after the induction, respectively, in the back of mice applied 1% cinnamic aldehyde, 4% isoeugenol, geraniol 4%, this procedure is allergic excitation. Excitation were observed after 24h, 48h, 72h skin reactions, according to the \Results: Compared with the control group, spicy mice stimulated apparent signs, with statistical significance (P lt; 0.01); excitation process is finished, each group spicy and control groups with varying degrees mild, moderate, severe erythema Some with edema, histopathology score results, spicy group and each group were significantly different between the control group (P lt; 0.05); comparison between three kinds of spices, geraniol, cinnamic aldehyde group and between groups of pathology score There are significant differences (P lt; 0.01), cinnamic aldehyde group and isoeugenol was no statistical difference between the groups, isoeugenol group and geraniol pathological score between groups were significantly different (P lt; 0.01) ; geraniol blank group and the control group (spicy) geraniol histopathological scores between the groups are statistically significant (P lt; 0.01). Conclusion: According to the dose used in this experiment, pepper, alcohol mixture can be induced in mice, spicy signs; this state can be increased three kinds of spices skin allergic contact dermatitis, skin reactions intensity of the fragrance is also related to the type of ; spicy fragrance substances to stimulate the state sensitization intensity change, so in the daily treatment of related diseases should pay attention to the impact of eating spicy food.
