Abstract


Objective To investigate the expression of the rabbit eye contusion in the high altitude environment retinal nerve growth factor (nerve growth factor, NGF) and Nogo ( Nogo protein , Nogo ) the level of regulation , looking for their changing patterns and body oxygen levels and its expression correlation. Methods at an altitude of 3784m altitude environment by heavy blow to the construction of the rabbit eye contusion model 24 48 , were randomly divided into experimental and control groups , 24 groups of 12 , give oxygen therapy ( oxygen tank in the experimental group after modeling 35% of the oxygen concentration , oxygen flow 3.5L/min, 10h / d), oxygen saturation measured in a quiet state 1,3,7,14 d after injury were drawn , immunohistochemical detection of the retina of NGF and Nogo the determination of the average gray value of the target retina , one-way ANOVA and t-test were compared retinal NGF and Nogo expression levels of different variations . Results altitude hypoxia environment given oxygen therapy experimental group at each time point oxygen saturation improved significantly compared with the control group ( P lt ; 0.01 ) : retinal expression of NGF experimental group and the control group compared to , 1d was no significant difference ( P GT ; 0.05 ) , the expression of I at each time point over the same period a high expression level of the control group ( P lt ; 0.01 ) , and the two groups showed no significant difference ( P GT 1d and 14d expression of NGF ; 0.05 ) ; experimental group retinal Nogo expression compared with the control group , the expression of each time point compared with the low expression level of the same period in the control group ( P lt ; 0.01 ) in two groups showed 1d and 14d Nogo expression was no significant difference ( P GT ; 0.05). Conclusion plateau environment by oxygen therapy can be regulated rabbit contusion to promote the regeneration of retinal central nervous factor NGF and inhibitory factor Nogo expression level changes in the expression pattern : the body 's blood oxygen level and retinal NGF expression was positively : Nogo expression was negatively correlated .
