Abstract


As China's scientific and technological achievements into the needs of increasingly prominent, incubators to help enterprises to provide a comprehensive development support, and incubators of technological innovation has also become an industry and academia focus of attention . In this paper, on the incubator technological innovation , cluster cooperation and cluster cooperation and innovation of knowledge flows related research is reviewed on the basis of the knowledge-based mobile cluster cooperation and incubators technological innovation between analyzed to establish the corresponding theoretical models and research hypotheses , empirical research carried out effectively and practice through case studies demonstrate the flow of knowledge -based cluster cooperation and technological innovation incubator real relationship , on this basis , further put forward the corresponding management strategy. This major work completed as follows: ( a ) for the current theory of cooperative innovation clusters are more representative view of the cluster knowledge flows collaborative innovation characteristics and patterns were analyzed. ( 2 ) the flow of knowledge -based cluster cooperation and technological innovation incubator relationship between depth research, the research model and assumptions , and through structural equation modeling to describe them . ( 3 ) use of empirical research methods and assumptions for the research model validation . Selection of the samples , the sampling process and the characteristics of the object described samples , using factor analysis and structural equation modeling the survey sample obtained a comprehensive data analysis. Which, through SPSS11.0 complete description of the characteristics of data and exploratory factor analysis through AMOS4 completed confirmatory factor analysis and comprehensive assessment of the structural model and the proposed measurement model and extent . ( 4 ) the use of case law on the practice of knowledge-based mobile incubator cluster cooperation and management of technological innovation has been studied . First expounded Case Background , and then describes Changsha Software Park, the flow of knowledge -based cooperation under the cluster supportive work carried out by incubation of Changsha Software Park innovation capability of enterprises to analyze outcomes . Finally, the proposed management strategies and suggestions.
