Abstract


Is normal in most Western countries investigators as a witness to testify in court , but in our country , investigators almost never testify in court card , this is obviously incompatible with the rule of law in the world . I first start on from investigators concept defined , were investigated after extra-territorial legislation , and the current situation and analyze the reasons for our investigators to testify in court . Demonstrated with the theoretical basis of investigators to testify in court system has been established in our country , and the feasibility and necessity of the system established in our country , investigators testify in court is to improve judicial efficiency requirements , help to curb torture , will help improve ordinary witnesses to testify in court rate .
