Abstract


With the social progress and enhancement of people 's awareness of their rights , sexual autonomy as an important concrete personality , gradually attracted the attention of the academic community and the general public . Sexual autonomy , in-depth and systematic research , both theoretical value , have practical significance . Firstly, start from the connotation of sexual autonomy , common a few easy to confuse the concept of comparative analysis to explain the term \Secondly, the sexual autonomy boundary analysis , and other personal rights case , the need to highlight the autonomy of independent existence . Again , the case cited , the data investigation methods discussed one by one against sexual autonomy several typical behavior to help people effectively identify the specific circumstances of real life against sexual autonomy . Finally, learn from the experience of domestic and international legislation relating to sexual autonomy , Civil Protection of existing rights protected resources based on the construct of autonomy from the dual perspective of the personality right and Tort Law .
