Abstract


Abstract: China 's ancient rulers have recognized the importance of legal means to protect the public safety and social order , and specific provisions in the legislation , the behavior in the social conditions under all sorts of possible crime of endangering public safety . This article about endangering public safety, crime on the basis of ancient Chinese law in the study , analyzed the the Tang law in endangering public safety crime , thereby endangering public safety with our contemporary criminal crime to be compared to find out which is worth today Penal Code learn from Office . As the starting point for research , the paper include interrelated five most of : First, define endanger public safety concept of crime ; Second Chinese ancient laws endanger public safety crime of History conducted visits ; once again is summarized finishing Tang Code endanger public safety crime analyze the characteristics and foundation of endangering public safety crime compared with contemporary criminal ; by the inspection of the implementation of the crime of endangering public safety in the Tang Dynasty ; Finally, it is pointed out that the reference of endangering public safety, crime statutes provisions of the of contemporary criminal Code to modify significance.
