Abstract


The administrative planning a new administrative behavior patterns . With the establishment of the administrative functions of the expansion of the service-oriented government , administrative planning gradually become a new important topic . The administrative planning involving all aspects of civic life , the impact on the trend of social development . However , due to the absence of administrative planning in China , particularly in the administrative control of the administrative planning mechanism studies , leading to the law is difficult to control the operation of the administrative planning right . The plight of administrative planning is the government's social management and public services lag, lag caused by their own ability to control administrative subjects .
