Abstract


The teacher with happiness can give student more happiness and success, paying attention to the teacher’s well-being can make The school administration department to understand that what management mode could enhance the quality of life is better, enhance teachers’psychological well-being, arouse teachers’enthusiasm, to promote the development of the school, this study based on that Achievement motivation theory, National psychology theory, Happiness psychology theory, Teachers’career development stages theory and the research achievements at home and abroad as the theory basis. Using<Ryff Psychological Well-being scale)(Revision), Self-designed questionnaire of achievement goal by song Aifen at northeast normal university, Job satisfaction questionnaire by Xiang Liping,Test on eight middle schools’teacher in Yanbian. Total 240 teachers. 176 effective samples are recollected. We use SPSS17.0 statistical software to analyze datum, and get the following conclusions:The level of middle school teachers’Psychological Well-being is generally medium; Psychological Well-being on the nationality factor makes no difference; Psychological Well-being on the gender factor makes significant difference. There were significant differences between male teacher and female teacher on controlling environment factor; Psychological Well-being on seniority Significant differences between Han teacher and Korean teacher. Han teacher’Psychological Well-being average score above Korean teacher on Psychological well-being of each dimension; Yan bian Middle school teacher’s the Achievemet Goal have extremely notable passive correlations with controlling environment; positive relationship and life goal. Mastery goal have extremely notable positive correlations with personal growth; six factors of Psychological Well-being (except personal growth dimension), have extremely notable passive correlations with Job satisfaction of each dimension. Job satisfaction to psychological well-being multiple linear regression analysis shows that two factors of Colleague relation and job satisfaction to psychological well-being have positive effects.On the basis of these study findings, analyze reasons, and then put forward some suggestions to improve Yanbian middle school teacher’s Psychological Well-being.1、Family warm is An important factor that influence teacher’s psychological well-being2、Teachers’salary and welfare is the important guarantee for the teachers’psychological well-being3、Attention health career for school teachers and give guidance in Psychology4、Correct orientation to Achievement goal is Important ways that promote teacher’s psychological well-being5、To improve teachers’job satisfaction and Arouse their enthusiasm for work
