Abstract


Since reform and opening , China's socialist democracy and the rule of law along with the process of building the rule of law news of booming and has become the highlight of news . And \characteristics and change trajectory . Chapter I will rule with SW version were reported longitudinal comparison rule , the rule of law in the report by comparing their different manifestations of the incident , reported the difference between philosophy and reporting practices , we can see the future of both aspects of the rule of law reports the direction and the respective advantages. Finally, the author analyzes the weekly value and can be improved.
