Abstract


In the knowledge economy and the information age, the face of increasingly fierce market competition , the existing state-owned enterprise management mode and linear , bureaucratic organizational structure efficiency by more and more practical challenges , forcing companies to change the original management ideas and management models to adapt to changing internal and external environment . Project management as an effective way , with its concepts and methods of the organization in the long term widely used to form a project -oriented enterprise management mode , and in the contact strategies, projects and operations , manage numerous projects and control costs, increase efficiency, and enhance market competitiveness, enhance the overall management capacity , and promote the realization of strategic objectives has increasingly shown its strong vitality.
