Abstract


Agriculture sic-tech extension in the agricultural scientific and technological achievements into practical productive forces of the bridge, At present, in the vast rural areas, agricultural technology extension work life difficult. In this paper, village of zhongzhai in Hunan province for example, rural social work in recent years the village community building and agricultural science and technology to investigate the situation, the purpose is to analyze the work of community building r promotion of agricultural technology Role in exploring social work community development through rural agricultural extension work to promote better ways and means to carry out.In the paper, under the guidance of the community building in village of zhongzhai and the status of agricultural science and technology. I found that the current local government in the promotion of agricultural science and technology is relatively small, the villagers evaluation also lower. Non-government organizations and individuals active in the dissemination of agricultural knowledge, introduction and promotion of new varieties, skills training and other activities, more effective promotion of the agricultural extension work.In the paper, puting community building and Agriculture sic-tech extension together to research, to discover the function of Community building in agriculture sic-tech extension.This article concludes that community building should focus on nurturing new farmers, support the main market and technology demonstration building, so as to promote agriculture sic-tech extension, and proposed the community building to promote agriculture sic-tech extension need to build platform of information, the service station of the village, and to strengthen the power of agricultural cooperative.
