Abstract


The solid dispersion (solid dispersion) is the use of certain methods of the drug in the carrier to become a highly dispersed state of a solid dispersion . The drug in the solid dispersion in the particle size of 0.001-0.1μm, the dispersion state of the molecular state, the metastable state and the amorphous state or colloidal state more common . Diclazuril is phenylacetonitrile class anticoccidial drugs , and have good control coccidiosis in poultry , rabbits and other animals . Currently on the market, mainly used in feed additive dose of 1ppm . Diclazuril water-soluble poor , when commercially available conventional preparations added to animal feed as a preventive agent , common animals eating less than adequate amounts of drugs and the risk of coccidiosis . Therefore , how to improve the diclazuril content of the active ingredients in the water is one of our problems to be solved . In this paper, diclazuril as a model drug prepared by solid dispersion , a more detailed study and preparation, quality evaluation . Paper is divided into four parts : Chapter 1: Introduction solid dispersion technology and the characteristics of the type of carrier , preparation methods and preparation process of influencing factors investigated the solid dispersion mechanism of drug release in the body , the quality evaluation of the solid dispersions Diclazuril overview , this article the elevation title basis . Chapter II : preformulation studies establish a HPLC method for the determination of diclazuril solid dispersion of drug content . The method is simple , high sensitivity , specificity , and high recovery rate , which has provided a guarantee for the next step of the formulation and preparation process research . Chapter III: investigated the influence of various factors including the carrier type and amount , the kind of solvent , the test temperature , preparation methods , including solid dispersion prepared . Final screening a suitable prescription , and prepared a more ideal solid dispersion . Chapter IV: more detailed surface-to-surface solid dispersion Diclazuril quality evaluation, including X-ray diffraction investigated the morphology of the drug in the solid dispersion , HPLC method for the determination of the content of the solid dispersion of drug and dissolution , and finally through the acceleration test to examine the stability of drugs.
