Objective: To observe the β-catenin, P120ctn, survivin and estrogen receptor β isoforms (ERβ) protein in breast tumors and breast tissue, distribution, analysis of four proteins with clinical and pathological features of and to explore the relationship between the occurrence of breast cancer, development and prognostic value. Methods: Immunohistochemical detection of 50 cases of breast cancer footwork and 15 cases of benign breast tumor tissue β-catenin, p120ctn, survivin and ERβ expression, and the expression of the four patient age, tumor size , histological grade, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis were statistically analyzed. Respectively, β-catenin and p120ctn, β-catenin and survivin, β-catenin and ERβ expression correlations were statistically analyzed. Results: 1.15 cases of benign breast tumor tissues, β-catenin and p120ctn have abnormal expression of one case, there are two cases of survivin expression was positive in 12 cases ERβ expression was positive. 2.50 cases of breast cancer β-catenin and p120ctn abnormal expression rates were 72% and 68% respectively, the abnormal expression with histological grade and lymph node metastasis correlation exists between (P lt; 0.05). Survivin protein in breast cancer tissue and ERβ positive expression rates were 74%, 44%, of which survivin expression and histological grading correlation exists between (P lt; 0.05), ERβ expression and patient age, tumor size and organizational associated with histological grade (P lt; 0.05). 3.β-catenin, p120ctn, survivin expression in breast cancer was significantly higher than benign breast tumor tissue, ERβ expression in breast cancer was significantly lower than benign breast tumor tissue, the differences were statistically significant (P lt; 0.05 ). 4 breast abnormal expression of β-catenin and p120ctn positively correlated with abnormal expression (r = 0.319); β-catenin abnormal expression of survivin protein expression with enhanced strength and increased with positive correlation ( r = 0.543); Although breast cancer the abnormal β-catenin protein expression as ERp decreasing intensity increased, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusions: In breast cancer, the development of β-catenin and p120ctn obvious abnormal expression, survivin protein expression increased, ERβ protein expression decreased. Tip four kinds of protein expression in breast cancer development may play an important role. 2.β-catenin, p120ctn, survivin protein and ERβ expression and clinicopathological features of breast cancer is closely related to some of its expression can be used to monitor the degree of malignancy and prognosis of breast cancer a useful indicator. 3.β-catenin abnormal expression of p120ctn abnormal expression of survivin expression and the development of breast cancer may play a synergistic effect, ERβ protein expression may be associated with reduced all three together to promote breast tissue to malignant transformation. Four persons on the accurate prediction of the biological behavior of breast cancer and to develop individualized treatment programs may have some clinical value.
