Objective: This experimental rat model of severe acute pancreatitis , microecology enteral nutrition to its intervention in the sham group, SAP group and intervention group three groups of evaluation differences . Thus evaluation microecology Enteral Nutrition rats with severe acute inflammatory response and multiple organ damage protective effect . Methods: Serum amylase test : serum amylase automatic biochemical analyzer ; Serum MIF detection : a double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) assay ; RT- PCR experiments : detection of TLR-4 in the pancreas and small intestine expression ; ET - 1 , MIF cell expression detection : SP two-step staining , detection of pancreatic tissue , kidney tissue and small intestine tissue expression ; lung wet / dry weight ratio : thoracotomy soon remove the lung right lobe said the wet weight using an electronic balance placed in a constant temperature oven to constant weight in calculating the wet / dry ratio ; histopathological observation : pancreatic tissue , lung tissue , kidney tissue , and small intestine HE staining , in accordance with the principle of Gross score their ratings . Results: successfully constructed a model of severe acute pancreatitis complicated by multiple organ damage ; serum amylase enzymes and MIF , SAP group and the intervention group was significantly lower than the sham group ; SAP group and the intervention group is higher than the intervention group ; false pancreatic tissue and small intestine of the surgery group , ET - 1, MIF cells showed no expression positive rate in the SAP group , the intervention group pancreas in ET -1 expression MIF positive rate was significantly lower than the SAP group ; RT-PCR results the expression of TLR4 in the sham group rarely , a large amount of the intervention group was compared with SAP group less expression in the SAP group ; sham group lung wet / dry weight ratio was significantly lower than the intervention group and SAP group , SAP lung tissue wet / dry ratio higher than the intervention group ; the sham group pancreatic necrosis obvious , the SAP group pancreatic necrosis is higher than the intervention group . Sham group organ damage is not apparent , the SAP group an organ tissue damage , the SAP group pathology score was significantly higher than the intervention group . Conclusion : microecological enteral nutrition can significantly reduce inflammatory responses in rats with severe acute pancreatitis , reduce serum amylase enzymes and MIF , reduce the expression of ET-1 and MIF , reducing the ratio of wet to dry lung tissue , to improve the function of multiple organ damage to reduce the inflammation of the pancreatic tissue damage .
