Sensitizing chemicals combine the synchronous fluorescence - dual wavelength Act, the establishment of an in vivo catecholamines (CAs) class of neurotransmitters detection method, in order to improve the selectivity and sensitivity, and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis. And mechanism of action made a preliminary study and discussion. The catecholamine neurotransmitter is an important neurotransmitter in vivo, closely related to human health. Body complex composition, CAs concentration is very low, increasing the difficulty of accurate detection. This experiment investigated ordered medium the sensitizer and rare-earth ion sensitizer two kinds sensitization method combining synchronous fluorescence - dual-wavelength method to detect in vivo catecholamine neurotransmitter content sensitizing effect and both sensitizing method sensitizing effect than the right, and the establishment of the two detection methods and to provide a basis of comparison for the in vivo measurement method of catecholamine neurotransmitters select. The text is divided into four parts: Chapter 1: Introduction vivo catecholamine neurotransmitter commonly used detection methods and chemicals increased the FLUOROPHOTOMETRY progress to clarify the purpose and significance of the experiment. Chapter II: the use of an orderly medium sensitizing the combined synchronous fluorescence - dual wavelength Act, establish a method of simultaneous determination of three catecholamines neurotransmitters. Investigated orderly medium sensitizing effect and affect the fluorescence intensity of the pH value, the kind and amount of the ordered media (surface-active agent and cyclodextrin), and the reaction time, the product stability and other factors. The results showed that the orderly medium sensitizing the introduction of synchronous fluorescence - dual-wavelength method and applied to the Determination of plasma catecholamine neurotransmitter while sensitizing effect; higher precision and accuracy, the method of operation simple, reduce the limit of detection, the results are satisfactory value for basic research and clinical testing. Chapter: the use of rare earth ion sensitizer binding the synchronous fluorescence - dual wavelength Act, a simultaneous determination of the detection of three catecholamine neurotransmitters. Investigation of the rare earth ion sensitizing effect and affect the fluorescence intensity of the pH value, the kind and amount of the rare earth ion, and the reaction time, product stability, and other factors. The results showed that the rare earth ion sensitizer synchronous fluorescence - dual-wavelength method and applied to the plasma catecholamines three neurotransmitter determination, good sensitizing effect. Higher precision and accuracy, the method is simple, so that the lowering of the limit of detection, the results are satisfactory, the value of basic research and clinical testing. Chapter IV: the orderly medium the sensitizer and rare earth ions sensitizing synchronous fluorescence - dual-wavelength method detection methods for the determination of three catecholamines neurotransmitters in vivo comparison. Two methods of sample reagent handling conditions, detection conditions, linearity, precision, recovery, limit of detection and sample measurement results were compared. The results showed that the rare earth ions sensitized by reagent pretreatment method is simple, wide linear range, low detection limit. Precision, recovery, the determination results of the two methods was no significant difference. Ordered medium sensitizing method and the rare earth ion sensitizing method has its own characteristics, but the rare earth ion sensitizing method is relatively easy to operate, the two methods can be used for in vivo determination of catecholamine neurotransmitters.
