Abstract


The criminal reconciliation is a form of consultations to restore the original order settling disputes through reconciliation - Recovery - harmony mode to seek the balance of the value of diversity . Criminal reconciliation system theory and practical circles are forming a seminar wave of minor criminal cases and more used in practice , and has been a certain degree of recognition . In judicial practice , felony criminal reconciliation applies even in capital cases are still being questioned. Robbery causing death to the Intermediate People's Court of Dongguan City , Guangdong Province , in early 2007 , for example , to analyze the application of the Criminal Reconciliation System felony . This article is divided into three main sections . The first part focuses on the case .
