Abstract


Fertility is a major human to survive and multiply , and it relates to the long-term development in the interests of humanity as a whole . In the long history of human fertility plays an important role in the production and reproduction of human beings activities . Human reproduction , it is impossible to us now and in the future . Human society in the continuous development of the concept of fertility are constantly changing . Event disputes growing trend on reproductive rights and reproductive rights issues also will become the focus of widespread concern . Therefore , the study of the reproductive rights is not only beneficial to the rich theoretical system of civil rights , and better able to maintain social harmony and stability . In this paper, through the analysis of several typical reproductive rights case , the issue of reproductive rights . The author, based on the analysis of relevant legal norms on the reproductive rights issues exist in the case put forward its own proposal , and thus improve the system of reproductive rights to the emerging reproductive rights disputes in the better solution in practice , to maintain social harmony and stability . The paper is divided into five parts : the first part : Case and controversial point . Introduced three quite typical of \Part II: Analysis of the concept of reproductive rights . Summary of the international community and our reproductive rights , define the concept of reproductive rights . Part III: analysis of the subject and content of reproductive rights . The contents of the analysis of the main range of reproductive rights and reproductive rights , to determine the plaintiff in Case 1 and Case 3 is the legal protection of reproductive rights body , to determine whether Miss Ye Fan Case 2 request should be supported . Part IV: analysis of the nature of reproductive rights . The author of the personality rights and the right to identity compared to determine reproductive rights right of personality attributes .
