Abstract


The legal logic undertaking an important mission to protect the legal practice of fairness and justice . Traditional legal logic study more tend to its application in the field of law from the perspective of formal logic , such a research perspective is important and necessary . However , formal logic as a discipline , whether it is a traditional form of logic or modern formal logic , it should be said that the role in the field of legal practice is limited , is not sufficient . Legal logic as an important tool to study legal thinking , to take on the mission , we must find a new perspective . Up to now , there have been many studies are trying to break the limitations of formal logic , to seek new areas of legal logic . The perspective of the non- formal logic \Non - formal logic as a new perspective of legal logic , a good supplement formal logic limitations, however, non - formal logic as a discipline , still do not have a full fledged discipline system . This paper attempts to further combing and exploring a new perspective of the study of legal logic , to have a more comprehensive and accurate understanding of , and its research become more standardized and scientific .
