Abstract

The development of competitive sports in China for the 21st century, the ability to seize the \China woman competitive weightlifting movement began in 1984, since the first session of the World Women's Weightlifting Championships on several occasions on behalf of the State won the team title, and achieved excellent results in the different international and intercontinental competitions, in addition, hundreds of in the domestic game thousands of times super world record. The country is expected within the next few years, to carry out the women's competitive weightlifting will further increase the level of women's weightlifting will be further improved, will further narrow the gap between the level of Chinese women's weightlifting, Chinese women's competitive weightlifting will face serious challenges. Whether the women's weightlifting in the world increase in the overall level of the case to hold the leading position in the sustainable and stable development is worthy of attention and study.
