Abstract

1 research purposes by the determination of the indicators of bone metabolism in diabetic rats blood drinking and exercise, to explore the influence of alcohol and exercise on bone metabolism in diabetic rats, in order to prevent osteoporosis in patients with diabetes scientific and rational intervention. 2 Experimental Methods 120 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups, of which 10 for the control group, all the rest of diabetes modeling group. Adaptive feeding week after successful modeling diabetic rats were randomly divided into six groups, namely the diabetic group, diabetic exercise group, diabetes drink liquor group, diabetic drinking liquor plus exercise group, diabetic drink beer group, diabetes drinking beer exercise group. Sports, drinking eight weeks after the rats were fasted for 12 hours, decapitated blood. Measured serum phosphorus (P), calcium (Ca), anti-tartar acid phosphatase (STR-ACP), alkaline phosphatase (AKP), the content of hydroxyproline (Hyp), all data SPSS17 .0 software for statistical analysis. 3 Results 3.1 Drinking Liquor and sports diabetic rats serum calcium, phosphorus indicators of changes in the diabetic group, the diabetes exercise group, group of diabetes liquor and diabetes liquor exercise group serum calcium content was significantly lower than that in the normal group (P LT; 0.001) , the calcium content of diabetes liquor group was significantly higher than the diabetic group (P lt; 0.05), diabetes liquor movement serum phosphorus was significantly lower than diabetic exercise group (P lt; 0.05), calcium, phosphorus and no other groups significant difference. 3.2 drinking liquor and sports diabetic rat serum AKP, STR-ACP, HYP of the changes in diabetic group serum AKP, STR-ACP activity were extremely significant with and significantly higher than the normal group (P lt; 0.001), serum Hyp activity significantly lower than normal group (P lt; 0.05). Diabetes Sports serum AKP, STR-ACP activity and diabetic group there was no significant difference in serum Hyp content was significantly higher than the diabetic group (P lt; 0.05). Serum AKP activity, diabetes liquor group was significantly lower than the diabetic group (P lt; 0.001), serum STR-ACP activity was significantly higher than the normal group (P lt; 0.05), serum Hyp content was significantly higher than in the diabetic group (P lt; 0.05 ). Serum AKP activity of the diabetes liquor exercise group was significantly lower than the diabetes liquor group (P lt; 0.05); diabetes and significantly lower than the exercise group (P lt; 0.001), serum Hyp activity, diabetes liquor exercise group was significantly higher than diabetes liquor group ( P lt; 0.05), and was significantly higher than that of the diabetic group (P lt; 0.001); STR-ACP activity was no significant difference between the various diabetic group. 3.3 drinking beer and sports diabetic rats serum calcium, phosphorus changes compared with the normal group, diabetic beer group and diabetes beer exercise group calcium content decreased significantly (P lt; 0.001), and hyperphosphatemia no significant change. Diabetic group, diabetic exercise group of beer with diabetes and diabetic beer movement between the 4 groups no significant difference in calcium, phosphorus. 3.4 drinking beer and sports diabetic rats serum AKP, STR-ACP, the HYP change compared with the normal group, diabetic beer group serum AKP Hyp no significant change STR-ACP significantly higher (P lt; 0.05); diabetic beer motion serum AKP significantly under low (P lt; 0.05), Hyp was significantly higher (P lt; 0.001), the STR-ACP no significant difference. Serum AKP activity, group of Diabetes beer, diabetes beer exercise group was significantly lower than that of the diabetes and diabetes exercise group (P lt; 0.001); the serum Hyp activity, diabetes beer exercise group was significantly higher than diabetes and diabetic beer group (P lt ; 0.001), diabetes exercise group was significantly higher than diabetes beer group (P lt; 0.05), diabetes beer exercise group was significantly higher than that of the diabetic exercise group (P lt; 0.05) Serum STR-ACP activity, there was no significant difference in the diabetic group 4 Conclusion 4.1 diabetic rats serum Ca2 Hyp content lower than normal rats, the AKP, the STR-ACP activity corresponding increase in diabetic rat bone turnover rate, increased bone resorption and osteoporosis associated with. 4.2 appropriate exercise can be more significantly improved diabetic rat serum Hyp and calcium content, and to serum AKP the STR-ACP activity decreased, that has some positive movement to enhance diabetic rat bone turnover rate, prevention of bone loose effect. 4.3 diabetic rats drink Liquor can significantly reduce the activity of the AKP in the serum of diabetic rats, increased Ca2 Hyp content of the liquor can promote the formation of bone mineral deposition and bone matrix and increases bone mass, effectively alleviate osteoporosis . 4.4 liquor plus exercise diabetic rat serum AKP activity significantly reduced Hyp content increases, and the STR-ACP activity lower than drinking liquor group, drink liquor and exercise good regulation diabetic rats osteoporosis . 4.5 drinking beer diabetic rat serum AKP activity decreased compared to diabetic rats, drinking beer and sports diabetic rat serum AKP activity compared to pure drinking beer diabetic rats reduced, and the Hyp content is very significant elevated blood Ca2 was l high trend, suggesting that drinking beer and exercise to alleviate diabetic rats osteoporosis also has a good regulation.
