Abstract


The key disciplines construction in universities which is the needs of technology and education and human resources strategy. Through the construction of the key disciplines, optimized the construction of disciplines ,combined the resources of disciplines, advanced the whole level of disciplines, the universities in the quality of teaching, scientific research, the quality of high-level personnel training, social services, infrastructure construction and other areas have been significantly increased, and promoted to the level of universities’disciplines to enhance the Competitiveness of universities. Facing to the fierce competing situation between universities, Hebei Province puted forward the important“Hebei science and education”and“talent province”strategy, moreover ,took the construction of universities’key disciplines as the important part of building innovation Hebei and implementing. Hebei will enhance the construction of key disciplines to meet the demand for high-end talent because of development of economic and social, and enhance the overall quality of higher education to provide intellect support for building a harmonious society.This article selects the key disciplines of universities in Hebei Province as a research object, and the literature method, comparative law are the main research method .In reviewing the history of the construction of key disciplines in Hebei Universities, analysised from Hebei Universities of quantity, structure, persons qualified to teachers construction, scientific research, personnel training, learning communication, creature comfort, and put forward problems. Hebei universities have problems in the construction of key disciplines: too few state-level key disciplines; key disciplines layout are not quite rational, weakening the support of the local industrial and economic force; teacher ranks behind the speed of key disciplines construction; investment in education can not meet the need to the construction of key disciplines; key disciplinary resource sharing platform construction delay; high level production of science researches are few, and production of science researches invert sugar are low.Consequently, strengthened Hebei universities key discipline’s construction from partly aspects: understanding of key disciplines under the innovation system and the important role of the disciplines building; scientific and rational planning to create a new situation for the province’s universities for the construction of key disciplines; to improve the management and execution mechanism, create a key disciplines development favorable environment; optimizing the subject structure, constructing rational layout, area’s features prominent for key disciplines system;funding multiple channels for the construction of key disciplines to provide material protection,enhance the efficiency of money ,advance the construction of key discipline; improve the competitiveness of key disciplines, to improve the overall level of key disciplines; strengthen the focus on interdisciplinary communication and cooperation to enhance the academic influence.
