Abstract


CPC Central Committee and State Council in the new century of "building a harmonious society", so that we can not ignore any of the people, especially in the building design. Meanwhile, the harmonious society of persons with disabilities associated with how to really integrate into the general social life of this difficult mission. Thus, vocational skills training to persons with disabilities to enter the social standards of self-reliance is particularly important, the architectural design of various types of vocational technical schools are able to accommodate students with disabilities enrolled becoming a difficult problem. With the development of barrier free design, universal design that is more humanity, more in keeping with the times embarked on the design concept stage of history. The greatest purpose of universal design is to be able to use people as possible to create a barrier to the bad environment. This idea, and we hope that people with disabilities use of existing educational resources, into normal ordinary vocational technical schools and vocational education students with the idea coincide.
