Abstract


In January 2004 , the former Ministry of Labor and Social Security issued the \new stage , according to management of enterprise annuity . Enterprise annuity as an important part of China 's multi-level old-age insurance system , a supplementary pension insurance , is conducive to the improvement of social security system , related to the development of enterprises and the immediate interests of workers , help to mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises and workers , is conducive to the balanced the pension treatment between enterprises and government organizations and institutions , help to promote the enterprises to pay their pension insurance , is of great significance . Relative to one hundred years of history of the development of enterprise annuity in Britain, the United States and other countries , China 's enterprise annuity market and legal construction is still in the early stages of development , the enterprise annuity product development , operations management and risk management in the enterprise annuity there are still a lot of problems and deficiencies in terms of tax policy , and other supporting laws and regulations of the enterprise annuity , legal system construction of China 's enterprise annuity is a long way to go . This article summarizes the basic theory of enterprise annuity , typical countries and regions, as the representative of the United States and Hong Kong can learn from the experience of enterprise annuity system , to analyze the condition and problems of the development of China 's enterprise annuity from the state enterprise annuity system of regulations and policies , enterprise annuity , investment management , pension fund regulatory countermeasures and suggestions to improve China 's enterprise annuity system .
