ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)is the advanced management ideas and technologies, the successful implementation of ERP play a great role in developing of enterprises. However, ERP project implementation relates to business process reengineering, change management, organizational restructuring and a series of changes, and the entire project involves a wide range of applications, difficult and long cycle, so the project has a high-risk characteristics. Through research found that, it is rarely noted that the correlation between risk factors in the process of ERP implementation and can not correctly understand the root causes of risk and transmission path, therefore, with the influence diagram method to study the risk of ERP implementation not only enrich the ERP risk management theory, but also the reality of ERP project implementation needs.This paper from the business perspective, with ERP implementation process as the main line, closely around the "What are the links between the ERP implementation activities" "What are the links between the ERP implementation of risk" "how to pass between the risk," "How to have an impact among the risk factors" four issues to research.This paper researched a large number of relevant literature works, firstly the whole process of ERP implementation project will be divided into four stages,and then based on the four phases of ERP implementation process model,make a detailed analysis of each stage in the logical relationship of activities; Secondly, the affecting factors will be identification and further the relationship between factors; based on a systematic analysis of its risk formation and evolvement mechanism, the topology of influence diagram for ERP project implementation risk was constructed, and further the numerical layer and function layer were defined by using the theory of fuzzy influence diagram. Then, the evaluation model of implementation risk for ERP project base on influence diagram was established; Finally, through XX companies implement ERP project case studies, proved the ERP implementation of risk influence diagram model of scientific rationality
