Abstract


With the development of economic globalization, the international shipping industry has been rapidly expanded and the labor demand for seafarers has been growd fastly.International seafarers labor formed a more mature and certain scale market. Human resources in the world’s seafarers center of gravity is slowly from Europe, North America to the Far East, Indian subcontinent and Eastern Europe, transfer, export of labor services in Asia has become a major area of seafarers. Chinese seamen labor is China’s foreign labor is an important component of progress has been made in recent years, the development and significant social and economic effects. Therefore, the Study of seafarers labor output of China’s regional economic effects of labor force has a very important practical significance.This paper outlines the research background and research significance.
