Abstract

Cyclodextrins (CDs) having an outer hydrophilic, within a hydrophobic cavity structure, the cavity size is different, and match the size of the cavity and hydrophobic on the basis, through the interaction between the host and guest may be selectively bonded most aromatic compounds. If the guest molecule is a metal - organic systems, CDs body will be seen through the role of non-covalent and the first coordination sphere of the second coordination sphere. Due to the importance of the role of non-covalent bonds, the clathrate may improve some of the properties of the object, such as spectroscopic properties, nonlinear optical properties, ligand insertion and substitution reaction. Most of the organic dye molecule containing a conjugated system, size and CDS cavity match after the spectral properties of the dye molecules to form inclusion complexes with CDs role change significantly. The role of organic dyes and CDs will help to establish a method for determination of organic dyes. To sum up, the effect of CDS inclusion complex and an organic dye of the metal complexes with CDs can not be ignored. In this thesis, the following aspects of innovative research: 1. Synthesis and characterization of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) inclusion complexes of the two metals. To form inclusion complexes, the object spectroscopic properties and thermal stability are all improved. 2. Study the interaction between the dye hematoxylin and β-CD. Further explore the inclusion reaction thermodynamic parameters (enthalpy change delta H, entropy change △ S and Gibbs free energy change △ G) and the inclusion mechanism. The paper is divided into four chapters: Chapter 1: overview of today's popular CDs clathrate generation mechanism. CDs of the physical and chemical properties of inclusion complexes of preparation method and its applications. Chapter II: NMR, TGA, IR means of testing confirmed that two (8 - hydroxyquinoline) co magnesium β-CD inclusion synthesis Job's method and elemental analysis results show that the main guest inclusion ratio 2:1 . Form inclusion Objects thermal stability and solubility are greatly improved. Chapter III: Microwave Synthesis of Eu (PMBP) 3 [Schiff Base from PMBP β-CD package = 1 - phenyl - 3 - methyl-4 - benzoyl - pyrazolone-5] compounds. NMR, XRD, TGA, IR characterization results confirmed the the clathrate generation. To form inclusion complexes, Eu 3 of 611 nm ( 5 D 0 7 F 2 ) at the ultra-sensitive transition fluorescence intensity was significantly enhanced; maximum excitation wavelength red shift. Chapter 4: fluorescence spectroscopy, UV - visible absorption spectroscopy, circular dichroism method to study the interaction between the hematoxylin and β-CD. Job's method of measurement results show that the main object the formation of 1:1 inclusion complex of acidity, temperature, surfactant inclusion system formed.
