Abstract


Direct- management section, as a new transportation management system has been fully implemented in the whole railroad. This major change to the grass roots levels, have more right to make their own decisions, operating at the grass roots of the production work are also faced with new opportunities and challenges. In the direct-management system, the management of the railway station has new and richer connotations. In the new transportation management system, how to give full play to the point of the direct-management to service in the production and operation of the station, has become a new, urgent problems to solve.From the perspective of management, this paper analysis of the direct-management section under the system’s institutional strengths, direct-management section of the system management mode changes, as well as direct control of the station-to-station operation management system requirements. This paper discusses organization and management techniques under direct- management section in the operational efficiency management, security management and transport hub organizations three aspects. Because of the direct- management section under the system of big station paragraph mode and the situation in various areas of difference, there are some passenger and cargo transport business, this thesis was analyzed and discussed, and also advance some views of how to meet market demands, conduct passenger and freight marketing.Papers to the southern tip of Beijing-Guangzhou route largest marshalling yard JiangCun station as an example, discuss how to improve the production efficiency of the transport stations under the new mechanism. Aim at some problems such as the contradictions of running and freight, the relative lack of human resources, the lack of capacity to transport organization stage, the freight yard line dedicated freight prominent problems. Paper constitutes effective measures and methods to achieve the maximization mention efficiency, enhance the revenue of the employee to ensure a harmonious and stable development at the target.Papers based on JiangCun marshalling yard-production work on the basis of practice, have explored the establishment of a production and the quality of transport linking reward and punishment system, as well as pay more receive more and award actor and punish bad rule, developed " JiangCun stations transportation and production efficiency assessment methods " and " JiangCun stations take delivery truck operations and collection of tolls provided " management approach. Practice has shown that this new mechanism is implemented and has achieved good practice effect, the new mechanisms not only increased the income, but also fully mobilize their enthusiasm, the productivity and efficiency has been greatly enhanced. At the same time, the paper encountered in the practice of some prominent problems was analyzed, and for the hub expansion, productivity layout optimization and other indicators of the station were advanced. Papers made a series of discussions for the guidance of proceeding from reality have important practical significance and lessons.
