Abstract

Seriphidium plants to drought, cold, saline-alkali characteristics, this genus are mostly xerophytes xerophytic or strong, a very important ecological significance, some kind of livestock feed in pastoral areas, the type of distribution in the desert region can be used for sand-fixing plants. System Seriphidium genus physiological and biochemical metabolic characteristics Seriphidium species resources to make full use of and development is of great significance for China's northwest arid and semi-arid areas of livestock development and desertification control. This article the northwest Seriphidium Serphidium nitrosum, Seriphidium (S.transiliense), Shawan, (S. sawanense), Seriphidium the Minqin Seriphidium (S. minch Unense), needle lobed leaves Seriphidium (S.sublessingianum) Boluo Ta Seriphidium (S.borotalense), and thin Seriphidium (S.gracilescens), and roundworm Artemisia (S.cinum) and Xinjiang Seriphidium the (S. kasschgaricum) 9 Seriphidium experiment material in greenhouse synchronous culture conditions, on 9 Seriphidium plant growth, physiological and biochemical characteristics and peroxidase (POD) isozymes, and select a slender Seriphidium (S. gracilescens) Seriphidium (S.transiliense) roundworm Artemisia (S.cinum) 3 Seriphidium study its physiological responses in different salt concentration, and to provide some reference indicators for the breeding of salt-tolerant varieties, test the following conclusions: 1. 9 Seriphidium Comparative Study of protective enzyme system, and to do a correlation analysis of the indicators and varieties of cluster analysis, the results show that the activity of POD, SOD activity, MDA content, chlorophyll a / b ratio, carotenoids / chlorophyll ratio can be used as Seriphidium important reference for evaluation of plant resistance; 9 Seriphidium resistance strong northwest Seriphidium, slender Seriphidium and roundworm Artemisia drawn according to the variation of each index, and cluster analysis; followed Seriphidium sand Bay Seriphidium and Minqin Seriphidium;, weak resistance to needle split leaves Seriphidium the Bo Luota Seriphidium and Xinjiang Seriphidium. 2 through different salt gradient slender Seriphidium (S.gracilescens), Seriphidium (S.transiliense) and roundworm Artemisia (S. cinum) 3 Seriphidium study of the antioxidant capacity of the drawn three kinds of silk Artemisia genus able to adapt to salt stress, but interspecies differences, slender Seriphidium strong resistance, and correlation analysis of physiological indicators drawn to protect the enzyme activity, MDA content, soluble sugar, soluble protein content, of Chla / Chlb ratio, plant height can be used as the salt resistance of plant evaluation an important reference index. Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of Seriphidium 9 is a plant peroxidase (POD) isozyme analysis results showed that the 57 enzymes tested materials appeared with, and with a number of inter-species are different, most Shawan Seriphidium (S.sawanense) 9 enzyme with minimal Xinjiang Seriphidium (S.kasschgaricum) only four enzyme bands. Each plant the POD can be broadly divided into A, B two districts, the enzyme with the largest number of the most active, the distribution is more concentrated Zone B, that tested the degree of similarity between plant in the zymography characteristics and kinds have significant difference according to the electrophoretic display the different kinds of bars with distribution plot the zymography type map and dendrogram, and the clustering results some discrepancies with the present classification results.
