Abstract

In this study, two trials, research in corn - corn starch - soybean meal basal diet to add a different level of VA, VE Beijing duck production performance, slaughter performance, skeletal development and blood biochemical parameters Beijing duck production practice in VA, VE added to provide a reference. Trials 10 to 3-week-old the Beijing duck vitamin A requirement corn - corn starch - soybean meal basal diet, healthy weight close to 360-day-old male duck were randomly divided into five treatment groups, each processing six replicates of 12 ducks. Groups diets were added on the basis of the basal diet VA (0,2500,5000,10000,15000 IU / kg), to study the 0 to 3-week-old the Beijing duck vitamin A add the appropriate amount of the test results show that: ⑴ diets added to VA 2500IU/kg, the 0 to 3-week-old Beijing duck will be able to meet the needs of basic maintenance, maximum production performance and when dietary VA 10000IU/kg Beijing duck, when to add more than 15,000 IU / kg when daily gain and feed intake is reduced. ⑵ dietary VA deficiency can lead to Beijing duck incidence rate increased significantly, and this degree aggravated with the diet VA lack of extension of time. (3) VA added level of this test within the VA content in the serum will improve with dietary VA content increased. ⑷ VA deficient diets duodenum and development of Beijing duck serious injury, the right amount of increase in VA content certain role in promoting development of Beijing Duck Road. Experiment 2, VA, VE, and their interaction effect on the 0 to 3-week-old duck production performance and blood biochemical parameters and bone development in corn, soybean meal and corn starch as raw material to the preparation of the basal diet, 5 × 2 completely randomized design, were added in the basal diet different levels of VA, VE constitute 10 dietary treatments, each treatment six replicates, each repeated 12 ducks, a trial period of three weeks, the VA add a level of 5 , respectively of as 0,2500,5000,10000,15000 IU / kg. VE two levels of 10,100 mg / kg. Study different VA, VE and its interaction effects on the Beijing duck production performance and blood biochemical parameters and bone development, the test results showed that: ⑴ dietary Add VA, VE, respectively 10000IU/kg 10mg/kg, Beijing duck largest growth rate, make the Beijing Duck when VA is 15000IU/kg, maximum immunity. ⑵ the diets supplemented VA10000IU/kg or 15000IU/kg with VE 10mg/kg combination Beijing duck slaughtering performance is better than the other combinations. ⑶ serum SOD and GSH-PX activity and serum VA content with diets VA, VE content to improve and increase of which VA15000IU/kg VE100mg/kg, reaches a maximum. ⑷ VA, VE, and its interaction effect of calcium and phosphorus in the Beijing duck tibia differences were not significant, but the VA is too low or too high, VE excessive the Beijing duck Tibia than unfavorable, VA5000IU/kg 10000IU/kg with the combination of VE10mg/kg Beijing duck bones showed the optimal combination.
